Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ISFCE Digital Forensics LMS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
Course Access
Access to enrolled courses is granted under the following conditions:
- Course access is valid for 1 year from your enrollment date.
- Access is non-transferable and limited to a single user.
- Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
Payment and Refunds
Course fees are listed on the course detail page. Refund policy is available upon request. To request a refund or learn more, contact support@isfce.com.
Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, documents, assessments, and materials, is owned by ISFCE. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any course materials without the express written permission of ISFCE.
Prohibited Use
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing of login credentials with any other person.
- Recording, screenshotting, or otherwise capturing course content.
- Redistribution, resale, or republication of any course materials.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
CCE Prerequisites
For courses leading to the Certified Computer Examiner (CCE) credential, the student confirms by enrolling that they meet all prerequisites as outlined by ISFCE. ISFCE is not responsible for enrollment in a CCE course by a student who does not meet the prerequisites.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISFCE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or course materials.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
